Rise and Grind Coffee Co. is founded by different individuals with same passion of bringing great tasting coffee and delicious food. We believe that everyone deserves a hearty brunch and decent coffee to enjoy every day.

Using only the freshest ingredients and locally roasted coffee beans, we envision bringing together foreign and local flavours without compromising taste and quality. Our semi casual dining concept allows our team to be in contact with our patrons with the intention of bringing the best experience possible there is.

Our mission is simple. We hope to bring families and friends closer with food and coffee.

We value learning, feedbacks, and our team members. Trainings are provided, feedbacks are taken sincerely while providing an enjoyable working space to our team and a remarkable experience to our patrons.

Co-Founder

Mr Charles Yoshida is a French-trained chef with strong Japanese influence. Prior to setting up Rise & Grind, he was a senior chef in Raffles Hotel. He specializes in meandering his dishes between the wildly innovative and the classic, yet still hold a particular homage paid to French cuisine. His creations of R&G brunch, classic mains and desserts selection never fail to deliver a mouth-watering and delicious experience, marking Rise & Grind a popular dining spot for both the young and the old.

A talented apprentice of Mr Yoshida, he was also a chef in Raffles Hotel before following and joining Mr Yoshida in the starting-up of Rise & Grind Coffee Co. A keen and passionate chef, he participated in the creation of every R&G dish since its opening.
